This service is available to all staff at a charge of £50 per hour. iSolutions - the University IT Professional Service's team work with staff at their desk on a one-to-one basis to develop their skills in using a range of core IT applications.
What’s covered: The list of applications the team support is constantly under review but includes:

- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Project
- Windows and the iSolutions supported desktop
- Common Learning Space familiarisation including the use of SmartBoards
- SitePublisher Content Management System
- Discoverer Viewer
- Agresso Finance System
