Target Audience: Staff who are recommended to attend by their line manager as part of their ongoing development and to fulfil requirements of their Personal Professional Development Review (PPDR). Please note that line management authorisation must be agreed before applying for this course.
Brief Outline: This three day course will give you an understanding of the fundamentals of continuous improvement or "lean", with a focus on how these relate to operations within the University. It will help to focus activity, people and resources on meeting customers' needs, eradicating waste and improving organisation efficiencies.
