Brief outline: this session is designed to help managers and team leaders understand how people learn so that when you are learning you can help yourself learn more easily and, when you are teaching others, you can modify your style so that everyone can learn what you teach.
What can you expect to learn: at the end of the session participants will be able to:
- Understand whay some people learn more quickly and easily than others
- Identify the four learning styles
- Identify your own learning style to help you learn more easily
- Modify your approach when training others so that everyone can learn what you teach
- Help your staff develop a more balanced approach to learning
