Target audience: Staff required to lead complex projects and motivate project teams e.g. full-time / maximum part-time project managers and staff leading multidisciplinary projects. Please note it is not a pre-requisite to have attended Project Lite before attending Project Management.

Brief outline: By working though a case study, this practical one day workshop will demystify 'Jargon' used in formal project management enabling participants to gain an understanding at a very hands on level of project roles, how to scope a project, identifying and keeping informed Stakeholders, identifying and minimising potential risks; effective planning and the use of an excel Gantt chart as a planning and monitoring tool; and understand how Microsoft project can facilitate project management.
