Brief Outline: To provide a comprehensive introduction to the QuestionMark Perception CAA system including authoring, maintaining, publishing and reporting on assessments and surveys.

- Familiarity with the types of questions that can be created.
- Awareness of the strengths and weaknesses of different question types.
- To be able to select and use appropriate publication methods.
