Springboard

Target Audience: For University of Southampton women at grades 1-3

Brief Outline: Springboard is a world famous personal development programme through which over 230,000 women in over 30 countries have taken the opportunity to focus on their work and personal life, and to take more control. Described by its founders as ‘wholistic’, the programme is about you, your life and your work – you are always in charge of what you decide to do. It will help you to make good decisions based on what is right for you, in your individual context, building on your experience to date - the results will depend on the objectives you set for yourself. Springboard aims to support you in assessing where you are now, identifying clear, practical and realistic steps to take next and in developing the skills and confidence to underpin them. For further information on the Springboard Programme visit the Springboard Consultancy website.

There are four one-day (9.30 am and 4.30 pm) workshops. You must be available for all workshops and able to attend all day.
