Target Audience:
Brief Outline: Individual and team effectiveness is largely dependent upon communication. The quality of the team’s work depends upon the quality of the information shared. The ability of the team members to understand and communicate information enables them to work more collaboratively and effectively together. This course will help you develop key skills and approaches to improve the quality and effectiveness of the communication within your own team and within project teams.
