Brief Outline: Investigations are key to any disciplinary process and must be conducted fairly and thoroughly to avoid flawed or incomplete investigations which may lead to damaged working relationships and potential employment tribunal claims later on. This course is designed for those managers who will be asked to lead a ‘disciplinary investigation’. The course will help you build the skills and knowledge to confidently work through the key steps in an investigation and ensure compliance with employment law.
