This workshop aims to empower staff to challenge poor behaviours, and bring about cultural change through the reinforcement of messages defining the boundaries of unacceptable behaviour.
You will learn:
- Decision-making and personal effectiveness techniques to overcome the initial fear of tackling challenging situations.
- How you can personally intervene when you see, feel or hear any type of behaviour directed at you or others that you think is hurtful or discriminatory.
- What options you have in a number of scenarios.
