Leadership and management support

The University recognises the key role all staff play in successfully delivering our vision and strategy.  We offer a range of virtual workshops to support your development.

Due to the latest advice from the Government regarding COVID-19 and social distancing, we are offering all our management training sessions virtually online until further notice.  Personal development sessions are now available for all staff.

To continue to support you in your role we have also launched a range of online resources. Visit Our Online Modules to see what is available. Completing these modules will complement the workshops once we are able to resume them.
