Due to the importance of effective appraisals to the development of staff, the University has mandated that all appraisers of Education, Research and Enterprise staff attend an Academic (ERE) Appraisal Half Day Skills Workshop, and complete an online Appraisal Training Module, in order to be licensed to appraise.
