I am currently working as a Research Assistant with Professor Roger Ingham on a project funded by the Australian Research Council Discovery Award.

I am interested in all aspects of human sexuality and the relationship of sexually explicit material with audiences.

I completed a BSc in Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, followed by a Master of Sexology at Curtin University, Australia.

Research interests

My research interests include sexual health education, healthy sexual development, sexual consent, sexual and reproductive health, female sexual arousal, gender equality and gender stereotypes, sexual satisfaction and pleasure.

My Master’s dissertation was on female sexual arousal and how women experience it.

Currently working on the ARC-funded grant ‘Pornography’s effects on audiences: explaining contradictory research data’ (PIs: Professor Alan McKee [University of Technology Sydney] and Professor Roger Ingham [University of Southampton]).
