Dr Adele Krusche is a  Research Fellow for Psychology at the University of Southampton.

As part of the Centre for the Application of Health Psychology (CAHP) team, I develop and evaluate online interventions for managing health conditions and other medical issues.

I completed my DPhil at the University of Oxford evaluating the usefulness of mindfulness courses delivered in person and online to improve mood over the perinatal period.

My previous roles were as part of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre team at the Department of Psychiatry in Oxford. There, I worked as a research assistant, communications and IT coordinator and trial coordinator for a multicentre RCT evaluating mindfulness for recurrent depression.
