Elizabeth Scott Psychology Research Administrator / Assistant at the University of Southampton, Faculty of Social, Human and Mathematical Sciences

I graduated from the University of Southampton in 2016. My research project investigated whether difficulties in emotion regulation and self-concept clarity mediate the relationship between trauma and psychosis in a homeless population.

I now work with Dr Nick Maguire, providing research support on two projects relating to mental health in homelessness. The first is based in Lambeth and is evaluating the efficacy of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs) in homelessness. The second is based in Bristol and is evaluating the efficacy of Peer-Support Programmes in homelessness.

I am also currently writing a systematic review on psychosocial interventions in homelessness.
