Doctorate in Education Psychology receives accreditation
The Doctorate in Education Psychology, one of several professional training programmes here in Psychology, has received approval from the Health Professions Council (HPC) and accreditation from the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Following a joint visit from both professional bodies, this successful outcome is testament to the quality of the programme and the excellent work of the programme leadership team.
The HPC gave open-ended approval and the BPS commended the assessment, feedback to students, the quality of research support, the quality and effectiveness of the partnership between the programme and the university and finally, the value placed on the programme by the Faculty.
