Seminar speaker on behalf of CiMH

Public engagement is the process of communicating with the public about future, ongoing and past research as a meaningful and impactful activity. Increasingly funders expect these activities to be defined and planned into a research project, and value the benefits these activities bring to research and science communication practices. This talk will showcase examples of each type of event from the School of Psychology, and demonstrate the benefits to the researcher, the project and the public.
