Outreach activities are not just confined to the United Kingdom.
Representatives from the School regularly visit other countries to meet prospective students and their families. They will be able to explain about studying for Psychology either as a first degree or at postgraduate level. The University of Southampton was the first in the UK to gain the GBR accreditation with the prestigious British Psychological Society. This can give a major advantage when building your career either in your own country or elsewhere.
Currently the School of Psychology has particularly strong ties with several countries in South-East Asia. Staff from the University's International Office will be visiting a range of Education Exhibitions. The University has permanent representatives in many other parts of the world.
