Research interests

My broad interest lies within how personality influences team and organisational behaviours, processes and outcomes. I am currently investigating the role of narcissism within the team and organisational context, to determine whether individuals who are high on this trait are more likely to cause conflict within their organisational team, and exhibit behaviours that are detrimental to team dynamics and outcomes.

Supervisors: Dr Claire Hart (main supervisor), Dr Sylwia Cisek, and Professor Constantine Sedikides (secondary supervisors)

Research group

I have worked as a Teaching Assistant on the following modules:

PSYC1005: Thinking Psychologically
