Research interests

My research is interested in children’s eye movements during reading and how they develop from beginner to skilled readers. More specifically, the aim of my PhD research is to examine parafoveal pre-processing (how readers are able to pick up information from the next word in a sentence before it is directly looked at) and how this develops in children, investigating what factors affect their ability to undertake such processing.
