Research project: The psychological benefits of yoga practice

The aim of this project is to explore the psychological benefits of yoga practice, linking the potential mechanisms of change with the transdiagnostic processes implicated in mental health presentations.

A series of research studies exploring transdiagnostic processes in yoga-practisers and non-yoga practisers and perceived psychological benefits of yoga practice.
