Event details
This symposium brings together a diverse group of Healthcare professionals to discuss recent research on employee driven innovation in Health. Top-down reforms have not achieved the expected gains in healthcare and it is now widely recognised that the most sustainable solutions may come from the expertise of employees. We explore the conditions which impede or facilitate bottom up innovation, and discuss practical strategies to encourage, support and sustain change.
