Accommodation can be booked through the university's online store, see details below. Other recommended accommodation is outlined below; however, delegates are asked to book this themselves.
Hartley Grove
The accommodation is provided by the university and will consist of an en-suite room in a near-by halls of residence. No breakfast is provided BUT we will arrange a continental style breakfast in the department before the talks begin each day.
The halls are a short 10 minute walk downhill from the Shackleton Building, a bus service also runs between the university and halls on a regular basis.
Alternative arrangements can be found a little further away from the university and a simple google search will return a number of B&B's. Below, we have picked a handful of well-known establishments to help begin your search.
The Highfield House Hotel is the closest alternative accommodation option.
There are many B&B's to choose from but these are generally a bit further away from the university. A couple have been suggested below; however, a bigger selection can be found on accommodation comparison sites such as booking.com . They are largely in walking distance from the Shackleton Building but the Uni-Link buses provide a regular service to the Highfield Campus.
