Intermediate Changes to Programmes

Intermediate changes have a proposed impact at programme rather than at module level but do not involve the significant changes to the substantive programme which would require full programme revalidation.

The rationale for the change should be considered by School Programmes Committee at its next meeting and the decision recorded in the minutes.

Documentary requirements

Intermediate changes to programmes should be detailed on the Programme Change Form.

Consideration and approval

Intermediate changes to programmes should be approved by the relevant School Programmes Committee.

Where the changes have a financial consequence, these must be considered by the relevant Faculty Board prior to approval.
