I chose to study at Southampton Business School because of its global ranking, the wealth of knowledge and experiences of its faculty members and, in particular, their expertise in risk-related research. I am confident that my supervisors will guide me all the way to my dream of obtaining a PhD.

Student biography: Olatokunbo received First Class and Distinction grades in his Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees, respectively. His research has explored fraud risk management in financial institutions with bias in insurance markets. Olatokunbo is a successful insurance business expert with a demonstrated track record in consulting. His knowledge and skills have been acquired by virtue of being a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Chartered Insurance Practitioner (ACII), Qualified Insurance Broker (ACIB), Certified in Information Technology as Insurance Professional (CITIP), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Economists of Nigeria. Olatokunbo has also received an Education Trust Fund for a fully-funded doctoral degree at the University of Southampton. Olatokunbo is currently a faculty member at the Financial Institution Training Centre (FITC) & Lagos State Polytechnic, Nigeria, and a council member at Gerson Lehrman Group.
