Below are downloads for the main outcomes measures we will be using to evaluate your progress during the trial. There is a monthly symptom diary to record how many UTIs you have had in the month and how you are feeling and an acute infection diary which you will need to use if you get an acute UTI. These diaries will have been provided to you when you enrolled in the trial but if you have lost or misplaced these diaries or find that you need more space then you can download them here.
