That's logical!

We often say things like ‘that’s logical’ or ‘if this and that, then it follows that’, but what does this mean? When is something ‘logical’?

Humanities and Art

Logic is the study of correct reasoning. In this talk, with the aid of some examples, I will show why some forms of reasoning are correct, and that many forms of reasoning we often employ in our day-by -day life are in fact incorrect.

Why this is important?

Logic is the methodology of thinking: whatever you are thinking about, it is important that you do not make logical mistakes, because then your theses and conclusions are unfounded.
