SCNR undergraduate essay is Highly Commended in the Global Essay Awards

We extend our heartiest congratulations to former SCNR member and Southampton undergraduate, Olivia Krauze, whose essay ‘Magicians, Sorceresses and Fin-de-Siecle Anxiety in H. Rider Haggard's She and George du Maurier's Trilby ’, written for her third-year module Victorian Bestsellers, has been Highly Commended in the Global Essay Awards . Olivia is the fourth undergraduate former SCNR member to have had an essay Highly Commended in this competition since 2015.
