Mr Olu Onyimadu B Pharm, MPH, MSc
Senior Research Assistant
Olu joined SHTAC as a Senior Research Assistant in Health Economics in November 2016.
Olu works on the economic evaluation of health technologies and contributes to evidence reviews of submissions to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Health Technology Assessment Programmes. Prior to joining SHTAC, Olu worked as an economic modeller in the Health Economics Research Group (HERG) at Brunel University, London. He has carried out economic analyses to inform NICE guidance in areas such as Oral health promotion and prostate surgery.
Previously, Olu has worked as a pharmacist for over five years in clinical and pharmaceutical settings. He has research interests in economic modelling for public health interventions, methods for estimating the return on investment (ROI) from medical research and value of information analysis.
