Hi, I'm Christian and I'm final year Rep!

As SIAS’ mouthpiece to the final year cohort, I hope to encourage and support anyone interested in furthering their academic achievements and ability to teach others!

SIAS aims to provide guidance and opportunities to anyone motivated to further their academic potential or teach others, which is exactly why I joined the society back in 2014. Back then I was passionate about teaching others as there is nothing more satisfying than working with a class of motivated individuals to achieve their academic potential! Since then, I became interested in exploring the qualities that make up a good teacher and focused my efforts on training a group of prospective teachers to teach medical undergraduate peers, coordinating their teaching sessions and maintaining a standard of teaching excellence.

Since intercalating at the University of Leeds in Clinical Anatomy, I have re-joined this great society to become the final year representative, hoping to encourage and support anyone interested in furthering their academic potential and interests in teaching others.
