Why Ghana?
Ghana is a fascinating country in Western Africa, with a fast-developing economy and a stable political landscape. It also has a vibrant NGO and social impact sector. According to Forbes, it is the 11th friendliest country on Earth, and it is generally considered one of the safest countries in Africa.
What will I do on Spark Ghana?
- Work with a public health NGO in Tamale, North Ghana
- Immerse yourself in Ghana’s culture
- Take part in personal and professional develop workshops
- Learn about the development context in Ghana
- Visit local wildlife reserves, home to elephants, leopards and rare birds
- Receive 1:1 mentoring
