Self-help can be a good starting point if there is something troubling you and you aren't sure if you feel ready to talk to someone at the moment. It allows you to tackle problems like stress, anxiety and depression in your own time and at a pace that suits you.

If you don't feel any better after trying self-help, or you decide you want further support, our "want to talk to someone page" has information on lots of services that are there to help you.
