PASNAS no longer offers an Added Years AVC option to its members. However if you are currently paying towards an Added Years AVC arrangements with PASNAS this will continue and you will receive the additional service specified at the start of your payments.
There is Money Purchase AVC provided by Prudential. The AVC contributions are invested in a fund selection of your choice and can be used to provide an additional cash lump sum at retirement. If you purchase a Prudential AVC your monthly salary cannot drop below the National Minimum Wage after deductions have been taken.
