Currently, there is no system-based early identification of childhood obesity risk at pregnancy stage and onwards in the UK.
SLOPE aims to utilise existing individual and area-level routine data to identify maternal and early-life risk factors for childhood obesity, and to develop a risk identification system for predicting childhood obesity using routinely-collected population-level data.
More information on the project is available on the 'about us' page, and information on who is working on the project is available on the 'affiliated staff' page.
