Previously, students have found this an excellent opportunity to meet potential employers and explore possible dissertation projects. Coastal Seminar Series These seminars are intended for students and staff, recent graduates and invited professionals

Matt is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has been working in the Coastal Protection industry for around 20 years. He currently works as an Assistant Manager for the Eastern Solent Coastal Partnership which is a shared service delivering coastal flood risk management between Havant, Portsmouth, Gosport and Fareham Councils. In his presentation Matt will discuss how and why the shared service was formed and give an overview of the types of projects and services undertaken by the partnership.
