The GeoData Institute specialises in providing integrated environmental research and consultancy, which emphasises the cross-disciplinary nature of environmental science and digital data handling. The Institute works closely with colleagues within the University of Southampton; one of UK’s leading maritime and marine research organisation.

GeoData has developed a strong expertise in all stages of the assessment and strategic planning for the coastal and marine sector. This includes data capture and survey, data management and presentation. Our activities cover a wide range of the marine and coastal sector, from policy and strategy development consultancy, through to site assessments and consultation programmes.
