Opening up the debate on social enterprise - live Guardian panel on Friday 23 November
A Social Sciences academic has been opening up the debate recently on sharing social enterprise expertise.
Dr Pathik Pathak
, Lecturer in Sociology and Director of Undergraduate Programmes, will appear on an expert panel for the Guardian Social Enterprise Network live debate on Friday, November 23 from 12-2pm.
The panel will discuss how social enterprise can best measure and demonstrate social value when pitching to funders, investors and commissioners.

Pathik also recently gave a talk Social Enterprise and the Left for the Fabian Society at St Andrew’s Church, The Avenue, Southampton. The lecture focussed on the argument that the Left perspective on social enterprise would emphasise innovation, reinvestment, cooperative structures, ecosystems, and beneficiaries.
