Research project: The work, workforce, technology and organisational implications of the 111 single point of access telephone number for urgent (not-emergency) care

Currently Active: 

This project is part of the NIHR SDO Programme. It will explore the work that it takes to effectively embed a new CDSS for out of hours emergency care and the implications for organisational management and workforce planning (2011-12).

Award holders: Susan Halford, Jo Turnbull, Catherine Pope, Jane Prichard, Carl May and Valerie Lattimer.
