Migration in Legal and Political Theory conference

He has also been invited to give a talk touching on related issues of transnational voting rights entitled 'External voting: the difference that the EU makes'. This will be delivered at in Brussels on the 10th of November as part of the
EUDO Dissemination Conference
held at the EUropean University Institute.
