 Role:

A Recruitment Consultant works with client companies to find candidates suitable to fill temporary or permanent positions. They build relationships with the companies to gain a greater understanding of the type of employees they need. A Recruitment Consultant interviews candidates and carries out background checks to make sure candidates are suitable for the client company's specification.

It is sales orientated, working with both the organisations and individuals, as marketing the different job roles and attracting business from client companies are important aspects of this role.
