 Can we stop memory loss in Alzheimer's disease?

Dr Mariana Vargas-Caballero

Dr Marianna Vargas-Caballero holds a prestigious fellowship in the Institute for Life Sciences and has published ground-breaking research in Alzheimer's disease. Find out how neuroscientists are making exciting progress in understanding this devastating disease. 

 

EXHIBITIONS & DEMONSTRATIONS

1 - 2pm Building 85, Level 6&7 

The exhibits will focus on research activities in neurodegenerative disease, stroke and rehabilitation, mental health, psychology and neuroengineering. Examples will be provided of how neuroscience research has an important impact on health and well-being for the 21st century.

 

This will be accompanied by refreshments and opportunities for the students to interact with the speaker and the researchers.

 

Registration is ESSENTIAL but free of charge.
