Abstract:

Joanna Williams has substantive interests in HE policy and the relationships between HE marketization and student ‘consumerism'. Her seminar will explore how, with the marketisation of higher education, the public good of universities has become reconceptualised in increasingly individualistic terms and its implication for knowledge.
