Halls of Residence Pilates classes
NEW!!! Sport and Wellbeing are introducing 2 new Pilates classes available to all students.
Pilates is a session to strengthen your body and relax your mind, Pilates will show you how to develop your core strength, improve your flexibility and posture and increase your muscle tone. Pilates promotes a feeling of physical and mental well-being and also develops inner physical awareness so come along and learn how to feel great!!
Equipment provided and suitable for all. There is no need to book, or have membership, but please arrive at least five minutes before the class is due to start. No admittance will be allowed after the class has started.
