During lockdown I have been missing the gym very much!

I run 6K three times per week along the Riverside park. I also regularly complete an abs workout at home and follow the videos Sport & Wellbeing have been posting online. It is extremely helpful that I can go and watch them at my convenience! Thank you for posting these!

I am very much looking forward for to Sport & Wellbeing reopening!

I have been training regularly throughout my life. I do not have a specific goal, exercising suits my lifestyle. It makes me feel strong; both physically and mentally. I am not trying to achieve a personal best, I just like to constantly challenge my physical limits and surpass them! I have been running for many years, indoors and outdoors. It helps me clear my head and makes me feel energetic and vibrant! I really miss lifting weights and using the gym equipment at Sport & Wellbeing. Training at home isn’t easy as I feel I do not have many options.
