Welcome to all of our new 2021 students and welcome back to all returning students!


We are pleased to announce as of 4th October 2021 we will be running some new and exciting classes.

Our first new class “Pound Fit” is a full body cardio workout inspired by the energising and exhilarating fun of playing the drums. Using lightly weighted drumsticks to imitate drumming, you can jam along to your favourite music in this 45 minute workout.

“Body Blitz” is an all over body conditioning, cardio and abs workout, set out in an interval style training session, using body resistance and various equipment.

Our “Energy Series” consists of 15 minute workouts aimed to refresh, activate, decompress, energise and mobilise. These 15 minute workouts are great for fighting the afternoon slump, releasing built up tension or if you’re short on time.

We will be hosting technique clinics that are designed to give you the knowledge of how to use the most common types of resistance training equipment. Utilising this knowledge you will be able to use this equipment in any gym safely and confidently.

Indoor Cycling will return on 4th October and will now be held on Squash Court 1.

All classes are bookable on the Sport and Wellbeing app or at the Jubilee Sports Centre reception.


Mayflower Gym will return to its usual opening hours of 7am-10pm with weekends currently 10am-6pm.

Joining fee

Personal Training Now Available!

We now offer Personal Training across our gym facilities, with prices starting at just £14. Sessions are open to both members and non-members, with everyone having the a 20% discount on their very first session. Plus we also offer a Platinum Personal Training session, email for more information.
