Women Only Fitness Classes

We are happy to introduce our one week Women Only Fitness Classes, starting on Monday 21st March. These diverse classes are designed to build confidence and participation for our female community.

The Women Only Fitness Classes are available now to book via our UoS Sport app or through emailing us at sportandwellbeing@soton.ac.uk

Level 4, The Jubilee Sports Centre Gym This functional class aims at improving your body's abilities: strength, control, speed, coordination, agility, stability and balance.
Women's Only Indoor Cycling Wednesday 23rd March 2022
18:30-19:00
Squash Court 4, SUSU (Building 42) Highfield Campus Indoor cycling is a great way to improve overall aerobic fitness, increase stamina, lower body fat levels and increase muscle tone.
Women's Only Circuits Thursday 24th March 2022
13:00-14:00
Mayflower Gym The ultimate station-based class, providing a full body workout to improve mobility, strength and stamina.

On Thursday 24th March 2022 between 14:30-16:30 there will be a Women's Only Induction/Q&A session. This will be located in the Jubilee Sports Centre Gym. Come along and find out about how to get started in the gym and get the best from your session, ask questions and get results!
