Paperwork to be completed by Student Ambassadors

DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Clearance Checks

All Student Ambassadors are required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check to be ‘cleared’ to work with young people on our activities.  An on-line DBS application form will need to be completed as part of the application process before you are able to work. 

The application fee is paid for by us.

Identification

To support your application you will need to provide 3 original documents for identification purposes.  A list of suitable identification will be provided along with the link to the on-line application form.

Address History

It is advisable to enter your permanent home address on the application form.  This is generally the best address to provide proof of residence. If you have lived at more than one address in the past five years you will need to enter these addresses on the DBS application form including dates (mm/yyyy).  These dates are to be entered on the form in consecutive date order, starting with the most recent. There should be no gaps or overlaps in the dates.
