Your Faculty Student Office deal with administrative aspects of your programme, including those relating to enrolment and module registration, coursework, assessments and exams.
Most of these transactions and enquiries will be dealt with either through email or telephone. Please see the below table for contact details for your Faculty and School.
For transactions and enquiries that cannot be dealt with via email or telephone you have the following options:
You can book a 10 minute face to face appointment via our online booking form Faculty/School Office Bookings for the following places;
• Building 37 on Highfield Campus,
• Avenue Campus, Main Reception
• Winchester School of Art, Student Office
• National Oceanography Centre ‘The Seminar Room’ (104/13)
If there are no bookings available please contact your School/Faculty Office to help you.
From 05 October we will also have a drop-in service located in Building 2 where you will need to queue to be seen.
