If your university ID card needs to be replaced, you can order a replacement on the ID Card Services webpage. You can order a new card if your details change, if your card is lost, stolen, or damaged or if your card does not work.
If your details change, you will need to have your record updated for it to reflect on any new ID card which you order. Students must speak to their student office in the first instance, who will be able to advise them how to update their record. Staff will need to raise a ticket with HR, who can update their record accordingly. Once your record has been updated, you will be able to order a replacement ID card free of charge.
If you have changed your course, you will need to order a new ID Card and your details and expiry date will have been updated to reflect this. If you have extended your course you can apply for a new ID Card once your current card has expired.
If your ID card has been lost or stolen, or it has been damaged you can order a replacement on the ID Card website . A replacement ID Card costs £10.
