April ATAS clearance - if your programme of study requires ATAS clearance then you must obtain that before you apply for your visa. If you need ATAS and you apply for your visa without it, your visa application will be refused. ATAS applications typically take 30 working days to obtain and can be applied for up to 9 months before your course date and must be obtained before making a visa application. If you have an ATAS clearance certificate but it is older than 6 months when you make your visa application then you will need to apply for a new one for your visa application.
May Documents Review the documents that you will need to make your visa application. The most common reason for refusal is funds. Please ensure that you are able to evidence that you have access to the required funds. Refer to UKVI guidance on TB screening.
