EU, EEA and Swiss nationals - Right to Study checks

Continuing students who are not in suspension

EU, EEA and Swiss nationals (with the exception of Irish nationals) who enrolled on their course before 1 July 2021 are not required to undergo retrospective Right to Study (RTS) checks upon re-enrollment for the 2021/22 academic year.  It is the responsibility of individual students to ensure that they have valid immigration permission/residence rights in the UK to continue study.

Students returning from suspension

EU, EEA and Swiss nationals (with the exception of Irish nationals) who enrolled on their course before 1 July 2021 but are currently in suspension will need to complete a Right to Study (RTS) check before re-enrolling for study.  To complete the Right to Study check, students will need to provide a clear colour image of their passport and either the share code or a clear colour copy of both sides their BRP card (if applicable).  These documents can be uploaded here .
